We do not make progress if we stand still.
We do not create change if we continue to do the same things we’ve always done.
We do not bring happiness into our lives thinking negative thoughts.
We DO want to live healthier lives, but that means something different to each of us. Think for a moment what that really means for you and complete this sentence:
