I have been teaching my classes and working hard pretty much seven days a week for the last few months…it is our busy season, and I am grateful for that. However, I finally got a break for a few days this week and I am so happy for the rest. I am so excited to spend time cooking with my daughter today and serving up a fantastic meal on Thanksgiving full of all the flavors of the season. It is truly my favorite time of the year!

I don’t have too many pictures for you this month, as I have been a bit lax in my diligence to photograph every twig or mushroom that graces my path, but I have come across a few fun things to share with you! Enjoy!
