FITNESS WORKSHOPS
Whether you choose a four-, six- or eight-week session of ESSENTRICS or WALK-FIT, your participants will enjoy all the benefits of a one-hour workout with improved energy and focus, alleviate work-related symptoms, relieve stress and increase productivity. Participants can find relief from joint pain and stiffness in the neck, arms and shoulders, increase oxygen and blood flow, strengthen and toning muscles and balance the body and mind.

ESSENTRICS
Incorporating modalites of yoga, tai-chi, ballet and pilates, Essentrics is a lengthening and strengthening workout accomplished entirely through stretching techniques. Designed to use every muscle and joint in the body, participants can enjoy a rebalancing of the spine, working out the kinks in the neck and shoulders, stand straighter and feel taller than ever!
WALK-FIT
A low-impact cardio workout that gets the whole body moving in a fun and easy way, walking in place with a series of steps. Going at your own pace, this workout is great for all ages and abilities, and is beneficial for the beginner through advanced athlete! Improve balance, coordination, increase oxygen in the body, and experience cardio fitness that is easy on the joints.
WHOLE FOOD WORKSHOPS
By making just a few simple changes using fresh whole foods, grains, nuts, seeds, alternative milks and a variety of kitchen gadgets you may already have, you can help regulate blood sugar, lower cholesterol and improve blood pressure. Together, we explore how you can create balanced meals to help you lose or gain weight and eliminate cravings.
Each workshop provides an informative demonstration on how to make healthy and tasty meals and snacks in one hour, and includes all food and ingredients for tasting samples for up to 25 people, a Q&A session throughout the presentation and a take-home fact sheet with recipes!

SMOOTHIES WORTH MAKING
We will make, taste and compare ingredients in three different smoothies incorporating seasonal fruits, veggies and dark leafy greens with a wide range of flavor.
UNCOOKING WITH SPIRALIZED FOODS
See what all the rage about spiraized foods is all about! We will create two very different dishes, each with a unique dressing, that are delicious and easy to make.
