Raindrop personally impacted my life!

I was on a dead end trip to disaster and I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs. I frequently missed appointments because I felt exhausted all the time. and my blood sugar was very erratic. I knew I had to do something, but I had no clue what.

Then I met Raindrop and my life will be forever changed. I signed up for her group class and learned so much in six weeks, my head was spinning. In twelve weeks, I lost almost 25 pounds amd lowered my blood sugar and cholesterol.

I now know what eating healthy really means. And it wasn’t too difficult!

I thought I would have to give up the junk food I loved so much. And yes, I have cut down a lot, but I don’t miss it. She has a super way of getting you to understand what your body needs and why, so it makes perfect sense. And there are no restrictions!

I eat and feel so much better than I ever have, and I am actually exercising regularly. This was money well-spent and the best thing I have ever done for myself!!
