In my Visit & Live It! Weekend Retreat, you will spend two nights and three days with me in a private, one-on-one coaching session designed to give you the insider’s view of my approach to living a healthy and fit lifestyle that takes you from not just thinking about getting healthy but to really living it every day. With my guided instruction, you’ll learn my techniques for health and spiritual wellness through whole foods, exercise, meditation and yoga. From the moment you arrive, you’ll explore every aspect of living your highest and best vision for yourself and how you’ll blend that into your life when you arrive home. Together, we will:
- Indulge in whole foods nutritional health with our hands-on workshops for meal planning & prepping.
- Awaken your spirit for inner healing, releasing negative energy to receive radiant health and abundance through guided meditations and a special evening Fire Ceremony
- Introduction to gentle yoga for stretching & meditation, strength and balance exercises, all focused on enhancing your daily movement and based on your current capabilities
- One hour Therapeutic Full-body Massage
- Full accommodation for the entire retreat including one private room with one queen size bed and a shared bathroom with a shower & laundry facility
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner with between-meal snacks and drinks within the program are provided during your stay
- Retreat binder with all program materials including recipes, exercises charts, meditations, journals and planners, all with room for taking notes
